Summary
Modern and 'fresh' semi-detached holiday home with accommodation on two floors plus front and rear terraces. The house is owned by an English couple, one of whom is a professional surfer who spends most of his year here on Europe's premier surfing coastline. You will see a lot of Gabe's surfing memorabilia on display!

Location
Avenue de la Manga, a quiet cul-de-sac within the Golf de Seignosse. 3kms from the beaches of Seignosse Le Penon. and Estagnots. The property is in a quiet residential street close to hole 6 - but a safe distance away!

There is a clubhouse on the golf course and two restaurants.

Accommodation - Ground Floor
A lush front terrace, with tropical ambience, gives way to the main entrace via patio doors. This leads into the bright, modern, open-plan living area. The design is very clean and contemporary and the decor throughout the downstairs is red, white and black. The living room is divided, broadly, into:

Lounge area - spacious with cool, tiled floors and has a distinctly 'homely' feel. Corner sofa plus additional chair. Facilities include TV & DVD and UK TV via Sky satellite (BBC and ITV channels included).

Dining area - 'funky' design table and chairs. Seats up to 6.

Kitchen - fully-equipped including cooker, large American-style fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tuble-dryer, kettle, coffee maker, juicer and toaster!

Accommodation - First Floor
An open-tread staircase leads from the living room to the upstairs - care is required particularly for young kids. The second level has laminate flooring throughout.

Double bedroom - double bed and plenty of hanging space. Sliding doors to small balcony which overlooks the rear terrace and has views of the golf course.

Second bedroom / study - the room has a double sofa-bed which, say the owners, is at least as comfortable as the main bed! Sliding doors to a small balcony. There is wi-fi internet access too.

Small bathroom - again, very modern and colourful (with a Nemo theme!), which includes double sink, shower and bath plus WC.

Outside
Leafy patio terrace at the front with florescent chairs - handy at night?! There is a walkway down the side of the house leading to the back garden. The rear terrace is secluded and very quiet and overlooks the 6th green. There is a large wooden garden table and gas BBQ. It feels very prviate and is a lovely place to enjoy a meal and drinks.

There is ample parking on the road (front of the house)
