How to book your holiday with us

STEP 1 Check availability on this website or call or email us to check. Once we have confirmed availability we can normally hold a property for up to 48 hours if you’d like to confer with friends or family.

STEP 2 Call or email us if you want to go ahead and make a booking, also providing details please (if you haven't already) of the number and ages of people travelling in the group. We will then email you the booking formalities.

STEP 3 You then have 3 working days to send us:

  • Your completed online Booking Form which includes payment instructions (we will email you the link). Please ensure you have read the booking conditions
  • Your holiday deposit payment of 35%*

Please pay special attention to conditions about Prices Quoted In Euros, Arrivals & Departures, Travel Insurance and Security Deposits. You should also read our Rental Guidelines (a copy will also be included in your arrival instructions).

* 25% if your holiday is being taken in the following calendar year. Full payment is due for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival.

STEP 4 We then issue you with a written confirmation/invoice for the booking. Your balance payment is due 8 weeks before the start of your rental. Arrival instructions will be sent to you at least 2-3 weeks beforehand.
